Thomas Tschirner has led the Defense Programs division of ArianeGroup Germany since early 2025. This includes both the operational management of existing programmes and directing the company’s alignment with the new challenges in the area of "ACTION in SPACE," as well as the provision of necessary technologies for endo- and exo-atmospheric applications.
Until 2025, Thomas Tschirner led the industrialization of the Ariane 6 programme, primarily with regard to managing supplier and partner networks.
Thomas Tschirner has been with ArianeGroup since 2021; prior to that he held various roles at Rolls‑Royce in programmes, procurement, and supplier management.
