Martin Kroell is the CEO of AUTOFLUG GmbH. After earning a degree in business administration in Germany, he went on to complete an MBA program in the United States.
He began his professional career in 2002 at etronixx GmbH in Frankfurt am Main (a spin-off of St. Gallen Consulting), where he worked as a management consultant specializing in marketing and strategy. He then moved to AIRBUS Deutschland GmbH in Hamburg in 2006, where he was responsible for the “Idea Generation & Concepts” division at the Cabin Innovation & Design Center. From 2010 to 2013, he worked at AIRBUS Defense & Space in Munich in program management for “Air Services” as well as in strategic marketing and business development.
In 2013, Martin Kroell joined AUTOFLUG GmbH in Rellingen, where he initially took over as head of Business Development and Sales & Marketing. He has been a managing partner of the company since January 2017.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Martin Kroell is also involved in industry associations. Among other roles, he is a member and SME representative on the Executive Board of the Federal Association of the German Aerospace Industry (BDLI) and an active member of the Federal Association of the German Security and Defense Industry (BDSV).
