Mario Michel is the CEO of M.A.i. GmbH & Co. KG in Kronach, specialising in automation solutions for special machine construction in industries such as defence, automotive, medical technology, electronics, and new energy. He and his team implement customer-specific systems, focusing on precise, flexible and scalable automation, from consulting and design to assembly and turnkey commissioning.

He previously worked in international industrial engineering at an automotive supplier for over 20 years, gaining extensive experience in setting up efficient production processes. He joined M.A.i in sales and marketing in 2023, and has led the company as CEO since 2025. His goals are to provide practical solutions, to foster partnership-based cooperation, and to promote sustainable innovation in industrial automation.
