Arne-Leonardo Guzzoni, Co-Founder and Managing Director of CRAB Analytics, an owner-managed Swiss consultancy based in Lucerne has more than 25 years of international experience in several management positions. His company supports global clients across the civil aviation sector throughout the entire technical lifecycle of an aircraft, from development to end of service. Its core expertise spans supply chain management, procurement and asset management, underpinned by data science and analytics. He has been involved in several ramp-up projects.
