Florian Adolf is a Senior Manager at the management and IT consultancy MHP. He brings many years of experience working with international clients and contributes a strong global perspective to his consulting work.

After several years with MHP Americas, Florian returned to Germany, where he now advises clients primarily in the Public & Defense sectors.

He was also one of the lead contributors to the study “German Logistics Hub”, conducted in collaboration with BwConsulting and Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin, focusing on Germany’s role as a strategic logistics hub and translating strategic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations.
